"A tremendous and heart-felt THANK YOU to my fellow organizers, the people who donated money to the cause, the people that donated and worked the Bake Sale, our fantastic lineup of speakers, but most importantly the thousands of you who showed up to stand in the cold, in the middle of January to show your support for our Governor. You helped make this event bigger than any of us ever could have imagined."
-Jeff Malicki, webmaster and one of the many organizers.

SAVE THE DATE!!! (and note the time change!)
The grassroots organizers that brought you Celebrate Walker in Wauwatosa would like to invite you to come join us as we show our support for Governor Walker at Brookfield Square on Saturday March 24th from 4pm until 6pm. Wear you pro Walker gear and bring your signs as we rally around the outside of the Mall to show our solidarity with our Governor. We are looking for a place to go after to have a bit of fun as well. We will provide more information as soon as we figure more out but the date, location, and time are set and you know we know how to throw a party!! :)

The GOP has announced that Saturday March 24th is another Super Saturday just like this past Saturday. Here in Waukesha at the Campaign Victory Center,
65 people made over 10,000 phone calls as part of the Get Out The Vote Effort for Gov. Walker. 30 of these people had never done this before. The script is a simple 3 question survey:
1) Do you support Governor Walker and his reforms?
2) If the election was held today, would you vote for Gov. Walker?
3) When you vote, is it mostly for Republicans, Democrats or Independents?

This will determine the amount of support Scott Walker has around the county as well as the state. The key to this recall is turnout. This effort helps drive that turnout.

If people really want to help, perhaps they could join us on Super Saturday March 24th after the Brookfield Square Rally.
The location is 1701 Pearl St. and Hwy 164. From the Square, drive west on Bluemound to Hwy 18 Waukesha. Turn left on Hwy 164.
Office is on the left in the strip just past the Cousins Sub Shop.

This past Saturday, all of the phones were in use, so if we get people from the rally, we would have to install more, which is not a problem.
The office Field Director is Ethan Schuh. His number is 262-522-2889.

We have figured out the itinerary of our event on the 24th and it is as follows:

4:00pm until 6:00pm-Roadside Walker Rally on Bluemound Avenue.
6:00pm until 8:00pm-Volunteer time at the Waukesha Victory Center.
8:00pm until ???-Party time at Tallinger's Bar in Waukesha. Karaoke etc...

Feel free to attend when and what you can. This event is all about having fun while supporting our Governor at the same time. The roadside rallies are a blast as you will get many thumbs up and positive beeps. Occasionally our friends on the other side will show you their IQ using a certain finger, but to be honest, the look on their face when they do it, makes it funny too. We hope to see you all on the 24th!!!
